REGISTRATION DEADLINE: TUESDAY, JULY 22, 2025
The ALTITUDE 2025 Conference is dependent upon the full participation of our valued members and guests. Please ensure that each attendee is registered that will be joining us for cocktail hours or meals. It’s important to note that the hotel charges us per attendee. Our conference pricing includes $750 for the first attendee, $525 for each additional attendee, and $300 for each guest in attendance.
Attendees who arrive who are not registered will be charged a fee of $1,000.
By registering all attendees, we can avoid any unexpected charges. Thank you in advance for your cooperation in this matter – we look forward to seeing you soon!
For Annual Conference, Owners Exchange or any other corporate arranged event, cancellations will be fully refunded when requested more than 90 days in advance of the event date. Cancellations between 45 and 90 days will be refunded at 50%. Cancellations made less than 45 days prior to the event will not be refunded.
