Four Premium Sponsorship Levels are available - Platinum, Gold, Silver, and Bronze.
Register now! The sponsorship packages are limited this year to ensure that sponsoring vendors are uniquely identified and highlighted during our conference.
PLEASE NOTE: Attention Sponsors! Important Registration Information
- Platinum Level sponsorships include an additional attendee.
- Register the additional attendee as "Sponsors' Additional Attendee - Free". If you have more than two attendees, register your additional team members as "Additional Attendee(s) - $525.00"
- Gold, Silver, and Bronze Level Sponsors permit a single attendee.
- For multiple attendees, please register your additional team members as "Additional Attendee(s) - $525.00" to ensure accurate attendance tracking.
We will create a personalized name badge for each registered attendee, and companies with attendees who arrive who aren't registered will be charged a fee of $1,000.

Cancellation Policy
For Annual Conference, Owners Exchange or any other corporate arranged event, cancellations will be fully refunded when requested more than 90 days in advance of the event date. Cancellations between 45 and 90 days will be refunded at 50%. Cancellations made less than 45 days prior to the event will not be refunded.STEP 2

- Please follow the steps 1 & 2 below to complete your room reservation.
- Availability of the group rate/rooms are limited.
- The room block will stay open until midnight Tuesday July 22, 2025 OR until the block is filled, whichever comes first.
- Reservations booked via other travel sites (i.e. Expedia, Priceline, etc.) or using Hilton Honors points or any discounts including the Advance Purchase reservations will not qualify towards any associated perks to include self-parking and waived resort fee.
1. Make a reservation in the block first via either the provided personalized link above or call 1-855-274-3978 (24/7 available) by referring to the group code PVC8 for 8/12, 8/13 and 8/14, 2025 (assigned dates).
2. After step 1 if you would like to stay pre/post nights of the assigned dates (s), please reach out to the hotel directly at 1-888-621-7948 or reservations@invernessdenver.com. The Inverness will confirm availability and see if we can add your additional room nights around the designated room block.
