Callie Christiansen recently graduated from the University of Colorado at Boulder's Leeds School of Business, where she obtained a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, majoring in Marketing & Strategy Management. During her time at university, Callie demonstrated her commitment to excellence by maintaining a full course load, working part-time, and financing her education.
Her education was further enhanced through a Minor in Spanish, which allows her to bring a unique multicultural perspective to her marketing endeavors. Callie also holds certificates in Business Leadership and Entrepreneurial Studies, showcasing her dedication to professional growth and continuous learning.
Callie's practical experience includes her role as Communications & Events Intern at the Leeds School of Business, where she successfully managed executive engagements, maintained databases, and conducted data analysis. Her exceptional attention to detail and ability to handle large volumes of information enabled her to excel in this position, which required extensive coordination and event execution.
Additionally, Callie gained valuable customer service and teamwork skills as a Barista and Sales Associate at Starbucks. In this fast-paced environment, she consistently delivered exceptional service while handling financial transactions and providing training to new team members.
Throughout her college career, Callie was an active member of Delta Delta Delta, where she held leadership positions that further developed her organizational and managerial abilities. As Vice President of Membership Experience, she successfully coordinated recruitment efforts, managed a team of directors, and oversaw a budget of $20,000 for recruitment events. Her strong leadership skills were also evident during her tenure as Director of Administration, where she maintained detailed documentation, managed the chapter calendar, and ensured effective communication among members.
