Vineeta “Vinny” and Ajay Saini launched their Payroll Vault office in Livermore, California. Vinny is a financial services/fintech professional with 20 years of experience spanning global locations in large international and startup companies in the areas of Compliance, Risk Management, and Audit. She is a Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) and a Risk Management Assurance Professional (CRMA). She enjoys challenges that solve complex problems in an innovative way.

Ajay spent 17 years in the corporate world at various international locations in the telecommunications industry. He has a solid background in sales and marketing. For the last four years he has been a business owner in the health care domain and loves to simplify the challenges by focusing on what the clients need and deliver the solutions that can truly help them.

“We realized that there is a need for quality and customized payroll solutions providing great customer experience for small and medium size businesses, and Payroll Vault offered exactly what we were looking for, i.e., a boutique-style local payroll provider. Selina and Frankie Garrett are fulfilling their long-term goals of business ownership in Spring, Texas. After spending 25 years in the international oil and gas market, Frankie was focused on transitioning to become a local business owner in their home community.

Frankie leans more toward the operational aspects of the business and holds extensive knowledge in management from his longtime career in the oil and gas industry, coupled with a strong finance background. Selina will focus more on the client experience, although she possesses a solid mix of both operations and sales.
