  Cynthia Cox, CPA, Owner

  Cynthia brings more than 15 years experience to Payroll Vault. She is a graduate from Oklahoma State University and a CPA (Certified Public Account). She is also the owner of a well established CPA firm. She oversees all compilation; payroll, payroll tax compliance and preparation; and new business start-up and compliance areas. Cynthia sits on the board of the Oklahoma Society of CPA as well as other boards in the state of Oklahoma.

  Cynthia is a huge Thunder basketball fan and a mother of two and a wonderful wife. She enjoys camping, hiking, walking and staying fit.

  Douglas Holsted, CPA

  Mr. Holsted brings more than 25 years experience to Payroll Vault. He is a graduate from Oklahoma State University and a CPA (Certified Public Account). He is the owner of a well established CPA firm where he oversees all audit; review; tax compliance; succession planning; SEC compliance, business evaluation; and business planning and consulting areas.

  Doug is a fan of Thunder basketball and St. Louis Cardinals baseball team. He enjoys, camping, hiking, long long walks and staying fit. Douglas is the father of two and a wonderful husband.
